 William Lawson Maynard of Columbus Road died yesterday at a local hospital.
 Funeral arrangements will be announced by Hart's Mortuary.
 Maynard was a retired lumberman and farmer.
 Survivors include two brothers, C. A. Maynard and B. B. Maynard; five sisters, Lessie Maynard, Mrs. L. D. Moulton, Mrs. E.J. Edwards, Mrs. Culver Jordan and Mrs. Louise Mankin, all of Macon; two nieces, Mrs. Howard Maxwell, Atlanta, and Betsy Edwards, Macon; and one nephew, Elois Moulton, Macon.

 Funeral services for William Lawson Maynard of Columbus Road, who died in a local hospital Saturday after a lengthy illness, will be held at 3:30pm today in the chapel of Hart's Mortuary.
 Elder R. T. Hancock will officiate and burial will be in the Maynard Cemetery in Forsyth.
 A retired lumberman and farmer, Maynard was born in Monroe County, the son of William Nathaniel Maynard and Mrs. Eldora Jackson Maynard, and had lived here most of his life. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the American Legion Post 74.
 Surviving are two brothers, CA Maynard and BB Maynard, both of Macon; five sisters, Mrs. L.D.Moulton, Miss Lessie Maynard, Mrs. E. J. Edwards, Mrs. Culver Jordan and Mrs. Louise Mankin, all of Macon; two nieces, Mrs. Howard Maxwell, Atlanta, and Miss Betsy Edwards, Macon, and a nephew, Elois Moulton, Macon.
