a. Note:   Lucy had been sick with the "fever" and Ebenezer had been caring for her. He became sick and died. She recovered and later married Richard Jones. She became know as "Grandma Jones" or "Aunt Lucy Jones." Ebenezer and Lucy built the log house that still stands on the Wilbur Ragan Property in Spring Creek Township, Maries County, Missouri.
